Why the safe can be opened using the default code even after I set up my own code?
This safe have two different default code, these two default codes will be defective after setting up two new code.
Can this can be bolted to the wall?
Yes, the safe has two pre-drilled holes in the back for wall mounting.
How can I open the safe if I lost my key?
If you lose the black round emergency key, you can still open the safe with the blue master keys and your set code or the default code (1-2-3-4-# or 1-2-3-4-5-6-#).
If you lose the blue master key, contact our customer service for a replacement key.
Why can't I open the safe after entering the correct code, even when the screen shows "open"?
This model requires dual authentication. You need the master keys along with the code to open the safe.
What should I do if the batteries are dead and I lost my black emergency key?
You can use the battery pack to supply the temporary power to open the safe with master keys and emergency key.
