1. Add the product to your shopping cart, you can enter order remark in your shopping cart.
2. Click the “Check Out” to process your order.
3. Enter your email and the shipping address including your full name, phone number etc,
4. You can enter the coupon code for your order in check out page.
5. Choose "Paypal" or "Credit Card" to check your order.
6. After you complete the order payment, we will process your order asap. You can view our detailed Shipping Policy.

Why did my credit card payment fail?
1. Incorrect card number information or CVV

3. Insufficient funds
4. Do not honor: The issuing bank has declined the card for an unknown reason.
5. 3D secure authentication failed: You need to enter the real-time SMS code to authenticate this transaction.

How should I complete my credit card payment?
If your credit card payment failed, please follow the steps below to complete your payment.
1. Please check whether your card number and CVV are entered correctly and try payment again.
2. Change another credit card to complete this order.
3. Please contact your bank to let them go through the transaction.

How can I get a replacement key?
- For a blue master key replacement, take a picture of the white label on the left or right side of the safe and contact us.
- For a black emergency key replacement, provide the numbers engraved on the emergency keyhole and contact us.

All lightweight items are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail.
② Curbside Delivery or DRIVEAWAY - For Product Above 150 lbs
(TO DOOR , THRESHOLD or SECOND FLOOR with extra charges)

Shipping Time: 5-14 Days
All shipments over 150 lbs are considered Freight Shipments for Curbside Delivery and ship by Fed Ex Freight, R+L Carriers, Worldwide Express, CRST or other common carriers.
What Happens When I Place Order?
Depending on the indicated lead time on your order, you will receive an email notifying you that your item has shipped with your tracking number.
After your item has shipped and it arrives at your local terminal, you will receive a telephone call from the freight company to schedule the delivery date.
The freight company will schedule a delivery appointment with you for the day of delivery only.
What should I do if the safe I just received is damaged?
Regarding shipping damage, please refuse the package when it is delivered.

Why the safe can be opened using default code even after set up my own code?
This safe have two different default code, these two default codes will be defective after setting up two new code
Can this can be bolted to the floor?
Yes, the safe has two pre-drilled holes in the bottom for floor mounting.
What should i do if the batteries are dead and lost my key?
You can use the 9V battery to supply the temporary power to open the safe with your code.

Why the safe can be opened using the default code even after I set up my own code?
This safe have two different default code, these two default codes will be defective after setting up two new code.
Can this can be bolted to the wall?
Yes, the safe has two pre-drilled holes in the back for wall mounting.
How can I open the safe if I lost my key?
If you lose the black round emergency key, you can still open the safe with the blue master keys and your set code or the default code (1-2-3-4-# or 1-2-3-4-5-6-#).
If you lose the blue master key, contact our customer service for a replacement key.

Why can't I open the safe after entering the correct code, even when the screen shows "open"?
This model requires dual authentication. You need the master keys along with the code to open the safe.
