Why the safe can be opened using default code even after set up my own code?
This safe have two different default code, these two default codes will be defective after setting up two new code
How soon will I receive the box if I order today?
We ship directly from the US warehouse. For this safe, order leading time is 2-3 working days, shipping time is 4-8 days.
Can this can be bolted to the floor?
Yes, the safe has two pre-drilled holes in the bottom for floor mounting.
How can I get a replacement key?
- For a blue master key replacement, take a picture of the white label on the left or right side of the safe and contact us.
- For a black emergency key replacement, provide the numbers engraved on the emergency keyhole and contact us.
What should I do if the safe I just received is damaged?
Regarding shipping damage, please refuse the package when it is delivered.
