Notice: If your address isn't eligible for White Glove, we'll refund the fee and switch to Standard Curbside Delivery.

Scheduling

Coordinate ideal time & date with shipping carrier.
Processing time : 2-3 working days.

Shipping

The package is shipped from the warehouse closest to your address. The shipping time is determined by the carrier you choose.

Delivery

Deliver time between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm Monday-Friday only. The driver will call you for the day of delivery only.

Shipping

The shipment shall be delivered to the local station which near to your house first. Then we shall hire a person from a professional moving company to finish the final delivery with White Glove Service.

Final Check and Delivery

Before delivery, the moving company will double-check the shipment to make sure the client receives the safe in good condition. After confirming the safe is in good condition, the moving company will call you to schedule the delivery date and time.
