Return & Refund Policy
Not satisfied with the item? Don’t worry, we offer 30 days return service.
We accept returns of unused and undamaged items according to our returns policy within 30 days of the receipt of the order.
For product under 110LBS: 30 Days Free Returning. （TigerKing will be responsible for return shipping costs）
For product above 111LBS and under 150LBS: Returning fee will be charged.（You will be responsible for return shipping costs）
For product abover 151LBS: We do not accept returns and refund（Including minor damage to product appearance).
If you want to return the safe, you are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shippin to Tigerking Safe.
For all products: if the product you just received has serious shipping damage or defection damage, we support free returns or we will send you a new product.
Regarding shipping damage, please refuse the package when it is delivered.

In this case, you need to contact us within 5 days of receiving the product and provide pictures of the damage, and we will apply for a return or replacement for you
Return Note:
• Please contact us in advance and apply for a return or exchange to us. We will give you the Return number after review.
• Parcel: Please print off the return label and drop off your item at any UPS/Fedex location.
• If with pick up service, please offer the pick up number to the courier man.
• Truck Delivery: You will be contacted by delivery company to arrange pickup.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The product was purchased in the last 30 days
The product is in its original packaging
The product isn't used or damaged
You have the receipt or proof of purchase
You obtained a Return number from us
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

About Refund:
Payment will be credit back to the original method of payment in 30 days.
The returned item need to be packed in the original packages, or the restocking fee 20%-30% will be charged.
