If you want to return the safe, you are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shippin to Tigerking Safe.
But if the product you just received has serious shipping damage or defection damage, we support free returns or we will send you a new product. （TigerKing will be responsible for return shipping costs）
In this case, you need to contact us within 5 days of receiving the product and provide pictures of the damage, and we will apply for a return or replacement for you

How can I get a replacement key?
- For a blue master key replacement, take a picture of the white label on the left or right side of the safe and contact us.
- For a black emergency key replacement, provide the numbers engraved on the emergency keyhole and contact us.
Why did my credit card payment fail?
