If you want to return the safe, you are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shippin to Tigerking Safe.
But if the product you just received has serious shipping damage or defection damage, we support free returns or we will send you a new product. （TigerKing will be responsible for return shipping costs)
