A: Yes, this safe box is fire resistance for 40 minutes at 1200℉.

If you want to require a delivery person to carry the safe to your door or upstairs, you need to contact us in advance and pay the additional fee together with your order.

For product abover 151LBS: We do not accept returns and refund（Including minor damage to product appearance).

If you want to return the safe, you are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shippin to Tigerking Safe.
But if the product you just received has serious shipping damage or defection damage, we support free returns or we will send you a new product. （TigerKing will be responsible for return shipping costs)
